worst bus service i have even seen. I booked bus from Kuala Perlis to Kuala Lumpur. Later on i found that they don't have any direct bus service from mentioned source to destination and they haven't mentioned this anywhere. Secondly, the people sitting on their respective booking booth dont understand English. Never ever commit a mistake to travel via this bus.
Sorry to say. This company never improves. Last time I took this bus, the bus was broken in the middle of the way. That could not help it. Ok excused. Then the latest, I personally requested for single seat. But what I got was, I was forced to sit in another seat because your very honored driver needed my seat. What the hell? What the hell? Yup! It was hell! And the driver was rude. Could not speak politely. I was the customer ok!
